Refund policy

At The Socki Company you can return your products within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following when you return a product

1. The product must be in unused condition, with labels and packaging intact.
2. You pay the return shipping costs yourself – all responsibility for returned products lies with the sender
3. Within 30 days of us receiving the returned product, you will receive payment, provided the product complies with SockiSocki’s return rules
4. Returns are sent to – The Socki Company Aps, Malagavej 14, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark – marked “Retur”
