Shipping is calculated by weight, and the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

The 30-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You pay any return costs yourself.
Notice that you wish to withdraw must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the goods must reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed that you are exercising your right of withdrawal.
Notice that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to Hello@sockisocki.com. The message must state clearly that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the goods on return
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you may try the item on in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical shop.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is regarded as used and of reduced value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive only a smaller part of the purchase amount back, or nothing at all. It is up to The Socki Company to assess the condition of the goods.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is given on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint covers all faults in software, material and manufacture.
Complaints about faults and defects must be reported to The Socki Company within a reasonable time after you receive the goods. A maximum of two months is regarded as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The right of complaint lapses if the product has been operated incorrectly or in an unusual way.
